By downloading or using PuzzleStride you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use PuzzleStride on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms.

2. Pro purchases & subscriptions

PuzzleStride Pro may be offered as auto-renewing subscriptions or as one-time purchases through the App Store. All billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed by Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime through Apple Subscriptions in the iOS Settings app. Refunds are handled per Apple's policies.

3. Your data & progress

Your step history, puzzle progress, unlocked pieces, and completed puzzles are yours. Because the App stores this data locally on your device, we do not transmit, receive, or claim any interest in it. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data permanently removes it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App, (b) spoof, falsify, or manipulate step-count data to gain progress, (c) use the App in any manner that violates applicable law, or (d) attempt to disrupt the App's intended operation or the Services generally.

5. Health & safety

PuzzleStride is designed to encourage walking, but it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always be aware of your surroundings while walking, do not use the App while driving or in any situation that requires your full attention, and consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new physical activity. You are solely responsible for your own safety.

6. Disclaimers

The App and the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Step accuracy depends on Apple Health data supplied by your device; we cannot guarantee its precision. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or the Services.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
